Refund policy

At Ease.Baby, we strive to ensure that you and your little ones are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, for reasons including receiving a faulty or wrong product, we are able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at ease.babyltd@gmail.com. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement. 
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We will refund the returned item as per our policy. 

Please note we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund for defective or damaged products at no additional cost to you.
