Our preferred shipping partners are reputable carriers with extensive experience in handling all types of packages. This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products throughout the shipping process.

Shipping Zones

We currently offer shipping services to all regions within Australia and New Zealand. Whether you reside in a major city or a remote area, we strive to reach you with our products.

Shipping Times

We understand the importance of receiving your baby products in a timely manner. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • Australia: On average, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days (not including weekends).
  • New Zealand: On average, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days (not including weekends).

Please note that these are general estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays in transit.

Shipping Costs

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to our customers. The shipping cost is a standard one off fee for all purchases. New Zealand has a $8.50 flat rate and Australia a flat rate of $15.00. Orders over $150 for NZ & $200 AUS are eligible for free shipping.

Tracking and Notifications

For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay informed about it's estimated arrival.

We are not liable for any missing or stolen parcels, it is at the receivers risk.
